I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years working within public and private mental health settings.

Therapy offers a safe space to talk honestly and openly about life challenges, and the impact these are having on your thinking, feelings and behaviours.

In a compassionate accepting and collaborative environment I help clients make better sense of their current situation and be supported to make sustainable positive change.

Fundamental to my approach is the trust in each person’s inner wisdom to guide the process and their capacity for self-healing.

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EDMR) ideal for reducing distress associate with trauma memories

I provide professional supervision for Psychologists, Counsellors and other mental health workers.

I have worked in a variety of NZ settings over 30 years:

Inpatient and Community Mental Health, Employment Assistance Programme, ProCare Psychological Services, ACC Sensitive Claims, NZ Family Court as a Specialist Report Writer, Secondary and Tertiary Education System, Paediatric Diabetes, Mother and Baby Unit (Starship Hospital), Buddhist Hospice, Complementary Medicine, NGO Kenzies Gift (Children and Families with Terminal Illnesses, Cancer).

Pricing:

Adults aged 16yrs+ (individuals): $200 for 55 minutes.

Couples: $230 for 55 minutes.

Over 65yrs please contact me re cost.

A 50% fee occurs if cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
